China Eastern Airlines - 2 hours delay, no compensation for missed flight and accomodation
My flight Shanghai - Hong Kong was more than 2 hours late which made me missed my following flight from Hong-Kong. At Hong Kong airport, I found very cold ground staff not willing to help me finding another flight, providing compensation and accommodation...
It was like everything was my fault. I had to handle all the fees (hotel, new flight by myself) And I can't find any email address on their website to contact them. Their hotline doesn't work either. Besides, the cabin crew and pilot didn't even apologize.
To sum up: bad manners, bad service, bad after sales service. I will never fly with them again!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $320.
